		<description><![CDATA[Welcome to a DC universe with only one superhero and no Grant Morrison.  Actually, it's refreshing to be able to start with a hero from the beginning and not have to worry about every cape and their grandmother showing up.  The superhero is Alpha One and, interestingly, he's not the main character.  Rather, the action centers on Section Omega, the police force assigned to work with Alpha-One.  They handle everything from publicity to clean-up for the world's one and only superhero.]]></description>
